Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at codedrivespain@gmail.com with your order number and request for return. You must return the product within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

Defective Products

If the product is defective or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Exclusions

Digital products (PDF guides) are non-refundable once downloaded, as per EU exceptions for digital content delivered with prior express consent.

Disclaimer

CodeDrive provides OBD2 diagnostic hardware. We do not guarantee specific coding results, as available features depend on your vehicle's model, equipment, software version and third-party applications (BimmerCode). Incompatibility with a specific vehicle configuration is not grounds for a refund if the product functions correctly as an OBD2 Bluetooth adapter and your vehicle model is listed as compatible on our compatibility page.
